1,000 New Trees

The aesthetic character and heritage significance of existing vegetation will be preserved, including the retention of significant trees. Building design, street alignments and housing site placement have been integrated with existing vegetation wherever possible.

The existing vegetation will be further complemented with the planting of 1,000 new trees, predominantly, natives such as river red gums, yellow box and spotted gums, chosen for their Australian character and beauty, and to complement the Royal Park Landscape Masterplan.
